An AsuCaga Roleplay...?

Definition of Roleplay (From Natsumi at the Abyssal Chronicles forum): A RP is basically a giant fanfic written by several different people. Each person picks or creates a character to RP. This means that they're in charge of all of that character's dialogue, actions, and decisions. It's good RP ettiquite to not control other characters unless you have permission.
The RP's story is told in posts, and there's not much structure as to who tells the next part of the story. Each post is about a paragraph in length, although if necessary, the post can be longer or shorter. There is (usually) no set order of who posts when, so if you want to jump in and tell the next part of the story, go ahead and make a post.

Any ways, aside from anime, fan fiction etc. I'm also a role player, some what experienced, but still not that good -chuckles-. A lot of people think of me as a plot do-er because I can come up with plots o_o; And well, after reading an excellent fan fiction a while ago, I decided to try and make it RP based-ish o_o;

“Because that’s how you seal an Eternal Vow.” Athrun chimed in. “By kissing his lady, the Guardian now has a small piece of his soul in his lady’s body and by kissing him back, his lady also gave him a part of her own soul, therefore, making the seal unbreakable by any enemy who tries to break the bond of the two.” He calmly explained as if he just told a little girl why one plus one equalled two. “In times of danger and when the Guardian is far away from his lady, he will easily know her location when she calls for him either verbally or nonverbally. I heard your voice calling my name and that’s how I found you with that bear demon, Cagalli.”

Cagalli grimaced. “WHATEVER, I STILL DON’T LIKE YOU!”

In a world just like our own, exists two other worlds that live side by side. The ‘heaven’, or formally known as Symphoria, and the ‘underworld’, also formally known as Neflheim. All these worlds co-exist with each other, but Earth is simply blocked off from the knowledge of existence of Symphoria and Neflheim.

In Symphoria, it was a simple paradise. Every one worked with each other and got along (or at least most of the times, there were squabbles here and there but they usually worked out in the end). This dimension is led by Lady Amaya. Kind and caring, she is loved by her people.

Also in Symphoria, there is a small population – dubbed ‘Guardians’, protectors of certain individuals in the Mortal world (or ‘our’ world).

Down in Neflheim, it was the exact opposite of Symphoria. People truly did live there, but there were always giant hordes of demons and fights every day. People in this world usually have a lust for power and dominance. Patrick Zala rules them, and one day hopes to conquer both Symphoria and Earth.

The thing that stops him is the guards – which are crystals. There is two on Neflheim’s side and two on Symphoia’s side.

This brings us to the plot…

Cagalli Yula Athha was your some what average teenage girl. Well, actually, not really. She preferred to play sports over shopping, and rarely talked about boys – because she thought they were all mostly idiots. She was a tomboy you could say.

Her twin brother, Kira Yamato suddenly takes her to the world of Symphoria, where she meets Lacus Clyne, the Guardian of Kira. Even though Lacus is Kira’s Guardian – they seemed very close (that she constantly teases Kira about her), Lady Amaya, the Leader of the world of Symphoria and last but not least, Athrun Zala, a half Symphorian and half Neflheim-demon, who is her Guardian.

As much as Cagalli protests about having a Guardian – claiming that another individual would fit him more then her, Athrun was eternally linked to her (unless she destroys that link by killing him). So she was rather forced to having him being around her most of the time.

After all of this mess, Cagalli returns to the Mortal world – reluctantly having Athrun following her (even though normal people couldn’t see Athrun; which made her look like an idiot some times). One night, Athrun suddenly is called down to Neflheim, where his Father wants to have a chat with him.

Things start to get strange from there on, as Cagalli discovers more and more about the worlds that co-existed with Earth, the crystals that protect Symphoria and Neflheim from being seen by normal citizens and much more.

Characters:

Cagalli Yula Athha: A tomboy, who is the twin sister of Kira. She was an average girl who attended school and such like every one else, but every thing started to go upside down as Kira showed her Symphoria, and met her guardian, Athrun. She’s hot headed – and hates losing, especially to her guardian. As much as she doesn’t like to admit, she starts to grow fond of Athrun’s company. Deep down inside of Cagalli, she can control the element of fire – Kira finds it highly amusing as the element fits Cagalli very well, her being the hot headed girl that she is.

Athrun Zala: A half Symphorian and half Neflheim-demon, he is a very gentle, and charming boy despite some of the blood that runs in him. He is the guardian of Cagalli, despite how much she hates it (and how he finds it very amusing). Unlike all the guardians, who usually have pure white wings, he has jet black ones, because of his demon blood. Athrun can control the element of water and ice, his specialty creating needles that if they pierce through an object, it can make that surrounding area turn into ice. He can also be some what of a protective man, especially when it comes down to Cagalli.

Kira Yamato: The twin brother of Cagalli. Unlike his twin sister though, he is calm, thoughtful and collective, and knew about Symphoria at a young age. He of course, met Lacus Clyne – his own guardian. He is very fond of Lacus, and loves having her with him. Kira can control the element of wind, as gentle as it may seem, he has the capability to form a destructive tornado, but that also can drain all of his energy easily.

Lacus Clyne: A Symphorian and guardian of Kira. She is very gentle and kind, which makes her very loved easily (much to Kira’s dismay of other guys trying to flirt with her). Like other guardians (with the exception of Athrun) she has pure, white wings, which she keeps hidden unless she needs it to protect Kira. As much as it doesn’t seem like it, she has a slight determination to protect Kira, and innocents from things that they shouldn’t be involved in. Lacus can control the element of Earth, one of her favorites with this element is being able to treat plants that are in an extremely ill condition.

Lady Amaya: The leader of Symphoria. She is very similar to Lacus, or at least, with the gentle and kind demeanor (which also leads Cagalli thinking she is Lacus’ mother…). The thing is, she also has a strong will, and once she has decided something that is for the well being of the Symphorians, she will go with it – and almost no body can stop or waver her decision. She is constantly watching over the crystals, but in the back of her mind, she can’t help but fear that Patrick and Neflheim will strike and chaos will embark.

Patrick Zala: The leader of Neflheim, and Athrun’s Father. His wife, Lenore Zala was a Symphorian, and he loved her very much, that was until she was killed in a raid while visiting Symphoria. He blames them for not being able to protect his wife, and treats Athrun like he is a tool. He calls Athrun down suddenly, because he wants to make the half Symphorian the leader of Neflheim; at any cost, even if it means driving his son to the brink of insanity.

And well, that's basically it o_o; I don't think I'm missing any thing. Any ways, just wanted to share this with you guys, and was wondering if any one was interested in doing an AsuCaga Role play (or more specifically this one, but we can always do another if you have another idea or something)

Ow ow, count me in. The story behind it sounds exciting. AND, I looooooooooooove RP'ing ! Well, I RP daily, so ...

I'll be Kira. I've played Kira several times before during RP's, so I'm quite familiar with the person he is. Besides, we have the same hair colour !

Oooh, how cool =D I kinda want to RP daily, I sorta do, but you know, I some times run around in circles and get lazy to post xD (I get my friends on top of me when that happens x.x; ).

Yay =D Well, I think we'll have to wait around a bit to get others interested and etc. And I'm not sure who to RP as >.>;

Hm. It's different from the RP-ing in the forum I used to go to.

Um I'll rp as cagalli! But how do u rp on a forum? Isn't it usually done on the 'stage'? ~**cagalli**~
